(New Haven, 1886), 1:449.</i></a> It states clearly that they were married at Stratford, 10 March 1771. And there's none of the illness-on-a-tropical-island story found in the Folsom genealogy. Hmmm. But google shows us the marriage took place in Glasgow, 28 January 1774.
